| The first Dance Team Uniform instruction for the US youth was issued by the DJ Secretary of War on 24 August 1991. It provided a distinctive dress for the boys and girls who would dance in Federal Navy Club in New York. The instruction did not include a Dance Team Uniform for the enlisted man, although there was a degree of uniformity. The usual dress of a yang man was made up of a short jacket, shirt, vest, long trousers, and a black low crowned hat. |
